Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional company name, the service you are exploring and your message. We use that information to respond personally, understand the support you need and discuss a possible engagement. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential business documents.
Where inquiries go
Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions. Inquiry notifications are sent to Changent’s Google email account so Chris can respond. These providers may also process technical information needed to operate and protect their services, such as IP addresses and request logs. Their processing may take place outside the country where you live.
How long we keep inquiries
For inquiries that do not become client engagements, we retain the Netlify submission and related inquiry emails for up to 12 months after the last contact, then delete them. Records needed for an ongoing engagement or a legal obligation may be kept longer. Service-provider backups may follow their own retention schedules.
Marketing and website tracking
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. This website does not include an advertising pixel, newsletter signup or visitor analytics script. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records to deliver and secure their services.
External websites
Links to LinkedIn, TikTok and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We link to these services rather than embedding their players or tracking widgets.
Your information and choices
You can ask us about the information you have shared, request a correction or ask for deletion by emailing cmo@changentbrand.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Available rights and any exceptions depend on the laws that apply to you.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the way we handle website inquiries changes.
